Upon project award, our dedicated project teams spring into action as a design-build construction firm, establishing site logistics that smoothly transition into the full course of construction. Throughout the construction phase, our teams conduct ongoing trade coordination, facilitated by regular on-site meetings, while actively tracking Submittals, Requests for Information, 2 Week Look Ahead, and Schedules transparently via Procore.

As we approach the project’s 2/3rd completion milestone, our New Jersey commercial general contractors go on-site and initiate a thorough Pre-Punchlisting process. At this stage, every detail is carefully mapped into comprehensive lists and distributed to the trades. Once the site is deemed majority complete, we then invite the design team for an on-site visit, while also providing them with copies of our detailed lists to enhance their process. Meanwhile, we simultaneously and swiftly undertake the closeout of remaining tasks on-site.

While punchlisting tasks are addressed on-site, our teams simultaneously compile all closeout documentation, thereby ensuring a smooth transition for the end user.
