As we approach the project’s 2/3rd completion milestone, our New Jersey commercial general contractors go on-site and initiate a thorough ‘Pre-Punchlisting’ process, mapping every detail into comprehensive lists distributed to the trades. When the site is deemed majority complete, we invite the design team for an on-site visit, providing them with copies of our detailed lists to enhance their process. Simultaneously, we swiftly undertake the closeout of tasks on-site.

While punchlisting tasks are addressed on-site, our teams diligently compile all closeout documentation, ensuring a smooth transition for the end user.
