The exterior scope focused on a comprehensive façade renovation designed to create a bold and contemporary architectural statement. Work included the installation of new oversized custom glass panels that significantly enhanced transparency and natural light while modernizing the building’s presence. Alucabond paneling was incorporated to provide a sleek, high performance exterior finish aligned with Ferrari’s global design standards. Custom exterior signage was integrated into the façade assembly to reinforce brand visibility and identity.
The project also included new architectural lighting and the construction of a redesigned entry canopy, creating a dramatic and welcoming arrival experience. Careful structural coordination and detailing were required to support the large scale glass assemblies, façade elements, and lighting systems.
In addition to the exterior transformation, Plescia Construction & Development completed the interior fit out of the former sales area. The space was reconfigured and renovated to support updated operational needs, incorporating upgraded finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications, and refined detailing consistent with a luxury corporate environment.
