Delivered under a fast track schedule, the project involved a comprehensive renovation of the existing sales floor to align with Restoration Hardware’s refined brand aesthetic. The sales area renovation included upgraded architectural finishes, lighting enhancements, fixture coordination, and detailed millwork integration to create an elevated and cohesive shopping experience.

The scope also included a full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler refresh to modernize building systems and support the updated retail layout. Additional improvements included a storefront refresh to enhance curb appeal and strengthen the brand’s presence along the street front.
