Throughout the space, dynamic collaboration areas encourage creativity and interaction, while carefully placed breakout rooms provide versatility across departments. The project also included a café with catering support and a warming kitchen, delivering hospitality level amenities within the workplace. Additional features such as game rooms, a music room, lounge areas, coffee bars, concierge areas, and multiple pantry spaces contribute to a workplace environment that prioritizes employee experience and well being.
Roof deck enhancements created an outdoor extension of the office, offering flexible gathering areas and additional space for events and informal meetings. Façade improvements modernized the building exterior, aligning the headquarters with Squarespace’s contemporary aesthetic.
A full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure upgrade was integrated throughout the 100,000 square foot footprint to support evolving technology and occupancy demands.
