The space was carefully planned to incorporate a mixture of open and enclosed work areas, private offices, and meeting spaces that promote both collaboration and focused productivity. A custom convenience stair was constructed to connect all floors, encouraging movement and interaction while serving as a central architectural feature within the office.
A new skylight was installed to introduce natural light deep into the interior, enhancing the overall work environment and elevating the architectural design. The fourth floor includes new pivoting stackable doors that open to a roof terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor space and creating a dynamic extension of the workplace. Raised platforms and unique “hanging” project rooms were integrated into the layout, adding visual interest and functional breakout areas for team collaboration.
Additional amenities include catering support kitchens designed to service a high end boardroom, as well as a fourth floor pantry and outdoor terrace that provide employees and clients with hospitality driven gathering spaces.
The project also included a full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler overhaul throughout all floors to support the new layout and modern infrastructure demands. Delivering a 31,000 square foot multi floor office renovation under a fast track schedule required disciplined coordination, detailed planning, and seamless execution.
