Located in the heart of SoHo, this large scale hospitality project transformed the space into a premier dining destination featuring dramatic architectural elements, high end finishes, and fully integrated restaurant operations.
Spanning two levels, the project was anchored by a custom feature staircase that serves as a central architectural focal point, seamlessly connecting the main dining floor with the upper level. Above, an oversized crystal chandelier creates a striking visual statement, elevating the atmosphere and reinforcing the restaurant’s upscale identity. The coordination and installation of this statement lighting element required precise structural support, detailed planning, and careful on site execution.
The buildout included expansive dining areas, a custom designed bar, private dining spaces, and high end guest amenities throughout the 40,000 square foot footprint.
