Project Narrative: Plescia Construction & Development completed a 15,000 square foot fast track commercial interior renovation at 3 Columbus Circle in Manhattan. Located at one of New York City’s most prominent intersections, this project involved a full interior transformation from demolition through final finishes, delivering a modern and highly functional office environment.
The renovation began with comprehensive interior demolition, clearing the existing space to allow for a complete reconfiguration of the layout. From there, our team executed a full buildout including new framing, architectural detailing, custom millwork, and high end finish installations throughout the space.
A full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler overhaul was performed to modernize infrastructure and support the new office configuration. These upgrades improved system performance, energy efficiency, and code compliance while accommodating updated technology and occupancy requirements.
The redesigned layout features a dedicated conference center serving as a central hub for meetings and client presentations. Integrated lighting, audiovisual coordination, and refined finishes create a professional and collaborative setting. Private offices were constructed with upgraded partitions, glass fronts, and detailed finishes to provide both privacy and an open, contemporary aesthetic. A newly built pantry area offers a convenient amenity space for staff, incorporating updated cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and coordinated lighting.
