Located in the heart of Lower Manhattan, this residential and façade focused project enhanced the building’s main entry and courtyard, elevating both curb appeal and resident experience.
The scope centered on a comprehensive main entry renovation, including the installation of a new storefront system designed to modernize the building’s street presence. A custom structural surround was constructed to frame the entry, creating a refined architectural statement while reinforcing the integrity of the façade. Careful coordination was required to integrate new glazing, framing systems, and structural components within the existing building envelope.
The courtyard renovation introduced refreshed finishes and upgraded architectural elements to create a more welcoming and functional outdoor environment. Improvements were designed to enhance aesthetics while maintaining durability and performance in an urban residential setting.
