Project Narrative: Plescia Construction & Development completed a 15,000 square foot fast track commercial interior renovation at 295 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. This project transformed a prior white boxed space into a fully built out, modern office environment designed to support collaboration, executive leadership, and media production.
Beginning with a clean shell condition, our team executed a full interior buildout from framing and infrastructure installation through high end finishes. The renovated lobby establishes a strong first impression, incorporating architectural detailing, upgraded lighting, and refined materials that set the tone for the overall workspace.
The layout includes a dedicated conference center with multiple meeting rooms and private phone booths, providing a range of flexible spaces for team collaboration and focused communication. Integrated audiovisual systems, acoustic treatments, and coordinated lighting solutions were incorporated to enhance performance and functionality throughout these areas.
A custom recording studio was constructed within the space, requiring specialized acoustic insulation, sound attenuation assemblies, and precise mechanical and electrical coordination to achieve optimal recording quality. This feature adds a unique, media driven component to the office environment.
The executive area was thoughtfully designed with private offices, upgraded finishes, and tailored millwork to create a professional and sophisticated setting. Multiple pantry areas were also built out, providing convenient amenities for employees and supporting day to day operations.
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems were installed and upgraded to support the new layout and modern infrastructure demands. Delivering this 15,000 square foot office renovation under a fast track schedule required disciplined project management and close coordination with ownership and building management.
