Plescia Construction & Development completed the 4,000 square foot David Yurman retail store at Tysons Galleria in McLean, Virginia, one of the premier luxury shopping destinations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Located in the heart of Northern Virginia, Tysons Galleria is known for its high end retail environment, demanding precision construction, elevated finishes, and seamless coordination.
This fast track interior retail fit out required detailed planning and disciplined project management to meet an accelerated opening schedule. Working within an active luxury mall setting, our team collaborated closely with the client, design team, structural engineers, and mall management to maintain schedule while complying with strict building and jurisdictional requirements.
A key component of the project included the installation of a new storefront and structural assembly designed to align with David Yurman’s sophisticated brand image. The buildout also featured custom managers offices, dedicated back of house storage areas, and fully integrated sales areas tailored to support both customer flow and operational efficiency. Each space was constructed with careful attention to detail, incorporating high end millwork, specialty lighting, stone finishes, and precision display installations.
Our scope included complete commercial interior construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination, and meticulous finish execution throughout the 4,000 square foot footprint. The result is a refined retail environment that reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic while maximizing functionality for store operations.
