Commercial Roofing Systems We Install

The right roof depends on the building, the substrate, the slope, drainage, rooftop equipment, and how long the owner needs it to last. We are roofing specialists across the major commercial systems:

• TPO – a reflective single-ply thermoplastic membrane with heat-welded seams, widely used on low-slope roofs where energy performance matters;
• EPDM – a durable synthetic-rubber single-ply membrane that can be fully adhered, mechanically attached, or ballasted;
• PVC – a heat-welded single-ply membrane known for strong seams and resistance to many chemicals, grease, and oils;
• SBS and modified bitumen – multi-ply, asphalt-based systems reinforced for strength and flexibility, installed in several application methods;
• Metal roofing – architectural and structural metal panel systems for both new construction and re-roofing; and
• Built-up roofing (BUR) – the layered, redundant roof assembly of alternating bitumen and reinforcing plies, in which we are specialists.

A Turnkey Roofing Solution

Most roofing delays come from the parts around the roof — fabrication, debris, scanning, and cleanup. We handle those under one contract:

• Our own metal shop – we fabricate flashing, copings, and other custom sheet-metal details ourselves, so they are made to fit your roof rather than ordered and waited on;
• Infrared scanning – infrared roof scans help identify trapped moisture in the roofing system so repairs and replacement can be targeted to what actually needs to be replaced;
• Dumpsters and roll-offs – debris containers supplied and managed as part of the job; and
• Vacuum truck services – used to clear gravel, ballast, and debris from the roof.

We offer free roof evaluations, so you can understand the condition of your roof and your options before committing to a repair or replacement.
